Credit Card Judgement

There are times in our lives when we will be unable to pay our credit cards bills. We will get frustrated and perhaps ashamed and we stop paying on the card. The credit card company has no choice to recoup their money other than taking the case to court. A judge will look at the case and determine if the person is responsible for the charges. If they are, a judgment is entered for the creditor .
