"There are different duties for caretakers depending on the job they are doing. You could be the caretaker of a parent or child. Your duties would consist of what ever needs either has for you to supply. Physical, emotional needs a just the beginning for this type of job. You also have the caretaker for a grave yard. I would imagine that you would have to prepare the graves for
. burial. You would also have to do the maintenance for the grave yard, which could be mowing the grass in the summer, plowing in the wintertime, doing the weeding around the headstones. You would have to make sure the gates are opened for the public to visit grave sights. You would have to make sure that the gates are closed at night. You would need to make sure that there is no vandalism to grave sights or headstones. You could also be caretaker for vacation homes when people are not occupying them. Checking, regular cleaning,yard maintenance, making sure it is ready for the owners when they want to occupy it."
