Business ethics is supposed to be a behavior that is conducted while in the workplace. You are supposed to ethical and no steal, lie, or do anything that would put the business in a bad light. However, as history has taught us, ethics in an inborn characteristic. It is not something that a person who is normally unethical could just adhere to because they are at work.
