"1.Place a 2 by 10 inch (51 by 254 mm), or larger, inside sill on the ground.2.Set up inside uprights (standards) at each end of the building. Toenail the bottoms of the uprights to the sill. Plumb the uprights and tie them to the building with wooden cleats. Attach the ties every 6 m on alternate lifts. For additional safety, attach ties on every lift. The bay height (lift height) is the

The lift height is 2 m and the base lift height can be up to 2.7 m. 3.Nail a 1 by 6 inch (19 by 140 mm) ribbon to the uprights with duplex nails. 4.Lay out the intermediate upright locations on the sill and ribbon. The distance between uprights (bay width) ranges from 1.8 to 2.1 m. just never use no wood thats not marked scaffold grade, cause it wont hold up very good on just sites."
