Blocking incoming calls can be a huge pain. If you are looking to block them from a land line phone, you have to contact your phone company and have them do it. The problem is that they will only do it if the person is harassing you. For cell phones it's a little easier. . luck. They have a section in your account that will allow you to put in 5 numbers at a time that you want to block. It works for me and it saves you from having to change your number because they charge you for that too. If you are getting calls from solicitors, you can always try the Do Not Call Registry here https://www.donotcall.gov/. Once you put your number on there and solicitors call you, you can report them.
