One of the most dreaded questions for an interviewee is the question as to what the interviewee's professional strengths and weaknesses are. The best way to answer the question in regard to strengths is to tell the interviewer all of your professional qualities which will be helpful in getting the potential job done. Some common strengths you might want to consider talking about are: having a
. good work ethic, being punctual, getting along with other people well, taking initiative, and having a lot of relevant experience that you can bring to the position. The key to answering the weakness part of the question is to take one of your strengths and use that as an answer. For example, when you said you were always punctual, you can turn that around into a weakness by saying that you are always too early to everywhere you go. You do not want to answer this question with an actual weakness, because you want your best foot forward in order to be considered for the position.
