Before begin accepted for some jobs you may be required to answer knowledge skills ability tests. The tests are basically used to evaluate your current knowledge and weakness for the job you are applying. For many jobs you may have to score in a certain percentile in order to be eligible. Some jobs will still hire you if you score lower than their set percentile rate if they see potential in you.
