Accounts Receivable Aging Analysis

An accounts receivable aging analysis is used once a month to let the business owner know where they stand financially. It breaks down the money that is owed into thirty day increments. It is divided up to over 120 days and above. The brackets are 30, 60, 90, and 120 days. This lets them work on collecting the money starting with the longest owed.
