The 7 QC tools as also called 7 QC steps. They are processes that are used to solve problems for weak processes in quality control. The 7 QC steps has to be followed accordingly. . Problem. In the first step you will need to clarify a theme statement that describes the problem. The second step focuses on the facts of the data that has been collected. The third step is to construct a cause and effect diagram as it relates to the data collected. The fourth step is where you brainstorm for a solution for the problem. The fifth step is where you evaluate the solution and ensure the solution works. The sixth step is where a flowchart is used to indicate that the solution is possible. The seventh and final step is when the teams accomplishments are reviewed from the previous steps.
