Almost everyone has inadvertently deleted an email they wanted to keep. If this happens, don't panic. Most email accounts have provided for this, so it's usually relatively simple to retrieve deleted email. In AOL, go to the mail tab, and select "recently deleted mail." You should be able to find the email you want sitting in this folder. In hotmail, yahoo, and most other online email types, look
. for the "deleted" folder, usually on the left side of the screen beneath the inbox. Open the "deleted" folder, and you should see the deleted email. Selected it, and hit "restore" or "send to inbox." The only time this rule does not apply is for spam that has been deleted. Most email accounts don't give you a second chance to retrieve spam, but then most people aren't usually interested in rescuing recently deleted spam.
