Company Profile
Corsum Group is a private company that specialises in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and strategic consulting.
Corsum Group aims to help shareholders and managers to define their companies´ position, basing such help on analysis of the market and comprehensive data, and to determine a strategy that will enhance the value of the company in question.
Partners
The group was established by Georges de Buffévent and Adam Blecha in 1995 and operated for several years under the name Corsum Finance. At present Corsum Group has two partners, namely, Michal Lobkowicz and Adam Blecha.
Adam Blecha
Adam Blecha has been working as a consultant in the field of M&A for more than ten years. He acts as an adviser to a French Media Group, ´Europe 1 Communication´ within the Czech Republic and is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the radio ´Frekvence 1´ and of ´Massag Bílovec´, a machinery company. At present Adam Blecha is also a member of the Board of Directors of ´Hermes Prague´. He has worked for Corporate Value Associates, an English-French Consulting Company as well as for Credit Lyonnais, in the M&A department in Paris. Adam Blecha graduated from Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris.
Michal Lobkowicz
Michal Lobkowicz was a member of Czech Parliament from 1992 to 2002. In 1998 he was a Minister of defence of the Czech Republic. Between 1993 and 1996 he worked as a ´Chef de Cabinet´ for the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of ´Massag Bílovec´ and of ´SK Slavia Prague´ soccer club. Michal Lobkowicz graduated from Charles University Prague.
