Guardian was designed to intelligently audit and manage Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) in line with Government regulations. The Guardian system allows illegal VoIP traffic (grey traffic - which uses significant bandwidth and generates no income to the Operator) to be blocked from the national network, dramatically increasing international telecom revenues. At the same time, licensed revenue-generating traffic is identified and allowed to pass freely throughout the network without restriction.
