Health Program Management

The Health Program Management is a five-day intensive course aiming at strengthening the management skills of health program managers/program officers in order to improve the performance of their programs and projects.

The course is offered at the Faculty of Health Sciences within the beautiful AUB campus in Beirut, Lebanon. Participants will have access to a number of AUB facilities, including the sports grounds.
