Zachary Sebastian Rex James Foley (9 December, 1970 - 2 January, 2002) was the bassist in the late 1980s and early 1990s band EMF.
Foley died due to an overdose of heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, temazepam, barbiturates and alcohol. He was only 31. The remaining members of EMF played just four more gigs in late 2002, before deciding to split up... until reforming again in 2007.
