Volinaios

Volinaios or Volineos (Greek: Βολιναίος), also Drepaneiko (Δρεπανέικο) is a river in the western part of the Achaia prefecture. It empties into the Gulf of Corinth. The river is named after and is by the ancient town of Volina (Bolina).
Geography
The river begins in the Panachaiko mountains in the west side, it flows next to the village of Drepano where it has water all year round. The river passes into the valley areas and under the bridges of the GR-8 and the GR-8A, the OSE rail line, the beach road and into the Gulf of Corinth.
