Victorian Web
Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - Cite This SourceThe Victorian Web is an online resource of information about the Victorian Era created at Brown University and now funded by the University Scholars Program of the National University of Singapore.
With a tagline of "literature, history, and culture in the age of Victoria", the Victorian Web serves as a valuable resource for research and study.
First created by George P. Landow, Professor of English and Art History at Brown University, the collection has been expanded by contributions from professors at Vassar College (Anthony S. Wohl), material from the Intermedia Dickens Web (Landlow, Julie Launhardt, and Paul Kahnand), material from the In Memoriam Web (Landlow, Jon Lanestedt), and other sources.
Philip V. Allingham has been the Contributing Editor for the Victorian Web since 2000.
