The Marcy Brothers

The Marcy Brothers was an American country music trio formed in Oroville, California in 1988 and disbanded in 1991. The trio consisted of three brothers: Kevin, Kris, and Kendal Marcy. The trio's highest charting single was the Paul Overstreet-penned "Cotton Pickin' Time", which peaked at #34 in 1989. It was later covered by Blake Shelton on his 2004 album Blake Shelton's Barn & Grill.

The Marcy Brothers' self-titled second album featured a song called "Don't Tell My Heart", which would later become a five-week Number One on the country charts in 1992, when Billy Ray Cyrus recorded it under the title "Achy Breaky Heart".
