Skeid Fotball is a Norwegian football (soccer) club. Its home field for the 2008 season is Bislett in Oslo. It is considered to be a talent factory in Norwegian football, as it has produced several players for the national team such as Daniel Braaten.

Skeid will be playing in the Norwegian 2nd Division in 2008 after a very bad season this year. Their last stint in the Norwegian Premier League was in 1999.

History

1929: Won the regional championships after beating Vålerenga 2-1. The red and blue colors are used for the first time.

1940, 1945: Won the Oslo championships.

1947, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1958, 1963, 1965, 1974: Won the Norwegian Cup.

1966: Won the Norwegian League.

1962, 1969, 1998, 1999: Won the Norwegian junior championships.
