Skantzoura (Greek: Σκάντζουρα) is a Greek island in the Sporades. The island is located about 25 to 30 km east-southeast of the main island of Alonissos.

Its nearest islands and islets are Adelfoi to the west and Skyros further east-southeast, directly south is the island of Euboea.
