Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure is a video game for the Wii , Nintendo DS, and Playstation 2 based upon the National Geographic film of the same name. The game, developed by Destination Software, Inc. will allow players to interact with a prehistoric world of sea creatures.

Species

There are many species in the sea monsters game, both playable and non-playable. All of them are collectible as fossils. Except for the Pteranodon, it is possible to encounter all of them in-game. The playable species seem to be more from the Sea Monsters article than the movie. Some species, like the Kronosaur, Icthyosaur, and others, did not live at the same time.
