Roy Kramer
Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - Cite This SourceRoy Kramer is a former head coach of the Central Michigan college football program from 1967-1977. He later served as the athletic director at Vanderbilt from 1978 to 1990. He then served as the commissioner of the SEC from 1990 to 2002 where he created the Bowl Championship Series. He was replaced by current commissioner, Mike Slive. Before coaching at Central Michigan, he coached high school football for 9 years in Michigan.
