Roquebrune-sur-Argens is a commune in the Var département in southeastern France, not far from cities as Draguignan and Fréjus. It consists of three smaller villages: the village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, La Bouverie and Les Issambres. It is home to the French National Water Ski Training Site.
History
History of Roquebrune sur Argens began around 983, for the oldest part of this village.But signs of humans being, called Homo Bouverian, dated from pre-History, were found near La Bouverie, in caves.
