Reformasi is both a Malay and Indonesian word for reformation. It may refer to the:

• Reformation (Indonesia), that occurred immediately after the downfall of Suharto as President
• Reformasi, that was initiated by former Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim immediately after he was sacked by former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad
