RMS Royal Adelaide (1838)
Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - Cite This SourceThe RMS Royal Adelaide was a steamship owned and operated by the City of Dublin Steam Packet Company. Its principal route was London and Cork. The Royal Adelaide was shipwrecked in December 1849 at Tongue Sands off Margate, with the loss of all 250 lives onboard. This included more than 150 deck passengers from Ireland.
