Wikipedia
Poses is Rufus Wainwright's second album, released by DreamWorks Records in 2001.
The bonus track "Across The Universe" is a Lennon/McCartney song that Wainwright initially recorded for the film I Am Sam and later entirely re-recorded with producer Greg Wells for Poses. The latter version is Wainwright's most downloaded song from the iTunes store.
"One Man Guy", which was featured in Nick Hornby's book 31 Songs, was written and originally performed by Wainwright's father, Loudon Wainwright III.
