Patrick Godfrey

Godfrey was born in the UK, the son of Lois Mary Gladys (née Turner) and Frederick Godfrey, who was a reverend. He made his film debut in 1972 Miss Julie, and appeared in several British films of the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, including A Room with a View, The Remains of the Day, The Importance of Being Earnest and The Count of Monte Cristo. He has also had many roles on television, appearing in Doctor Who, Inspector Morse and other series.
He has been married to actress Amanda Galafres Patterson Walker since April 20, 1960, and they have two children.
