PTS Today

Palmer-Trinity is a global school with many foreign nations represented in the student body.

In 1997, the school introduced its Wireless Laptop Computer Program which allowed students access to Internet resources from anywhere on campus. Technology is infused throughout the curriculum. Many textbooks are on CD Rom or available on the Internet.

Over the past five years, the school has developed an involved approach to the curriculum. The Interdisciplinary Initiative Program encourages student-centered interdisciplinary education by offering recognition to students in good academic standing who participate in specifically designated courses of study characterized by academic rigor, collaborative teaching and learning styles, and carefully integrated curricula. Two such interdisciplinary initiative programs are now offered and were crafted with input from students.

Palmer Trinity is the one of the only schools in the United States of America to have a study abroad program for sophomores. Sophomores can study in Sydney, Australia for the Spring Term. The Australians spend the Fall Term at Palmer Trinity. Study abroad programs are also available at the Island School in Eleuthera, Bahamas.
