Oinoi
Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - Cite This SourceOinoi (Οινόη), also Inoi, accented form: Oinói is a community located in the central northern part of the Greek prefecture of West Attica. It is part of the Athens metropolian area. The name dates back to ancient times as Oenoe and is located near the modern settlement of Oinoi. Oinoi is linked with the GR-3 (Athens - Thiva). Oinoi is also linked with the GR-8A/E94 (Athens - Corinth - Patras) and the old GR-8 as well as the Attiki Odos since February 2004 with its exit southward as well as the road to Stefani and Agios Thomas. The area around Oinoi has farmlands in the valley areas, the mountains including Pateras dominates the rest of the area around Oinoi and has forests as well especially in the mountain ranges of Makri Oros to the southwest and Pastra (). Mandra is located about northwest of Athens, about north of Elefsina, ENE of Corinth and southeast of SSE of Thiva.
