Odeon

Odeon or odeum is a building used for musical performance in Sparta, built in the 7th or 6th century BC. Hence, any such building in ancient Greece or ancient Rome was called an odeon.

• Odeon Leicester Square, a cinema which occupies the centre of the eastern side of Leicester Square, London.
• Odeon Records, a record label founded by Max Strauss and Heinrich Zunz in Berlin, Germany
• Odeon Theatre in Bucharest, Romania.
• Odeon Tv is an Italian commercial television network.
• Teatro Odéon in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
