Michel Le Moignan
was a Canadian politician from Quebec
He was born on November 7, 1919 in Grande-Rivière, Quebec and was a Catholic priest.
Le Moignan won a seat to the National Assembly of Quebec in the 1976 provincial election in the district of Gaspé. He supported the Union Nationale.
After Leader Rodrigue Biron left the party in 1980, Le Moignan became the Union Nationale's parliamentary leader for the remainder of the term.
He was defeated in the 1981 election, finishing a distant third. None of the party's candidates were elected.
Le Moignan died on December 21, 2000.
