Mehmet Dragusha (born
9 October,
1977 in
Priština) is an
Albanian football (soccer) midfielder who currently plays for
1. FC Magdeburg in
Germany.
He has been capped by Albania at international level.
Football career
He started his professional career with
Besëlidhja and then moved to the
Kosovar Top-Club
Prishtina in the
Kosovar Superliga. He then moved to the
Slovenian Club
Maribor in 1997 and
FC Sachsen Leipzig in 2000, and he also played for
Eintracht Trier, and in
German Bundesliga for
Eintracht Frankfurt. He played 134 matches and scored 12 goals.
International career
With
Albania he won 10 international caps from 2003 to 2005, scoring once.
