Meg Wynn Owen, sometimes formerly credited as Megwyn Owen, is a Welsh actress, who is best known for her role as Hazel Bellamy, nee Forrest, in the television series Upstairs, Downstairs.

Recently she appeared in the films Gosford Park, Love Actually, Pride & Prejudice and Irina Palm.

She also worked with Nicola Pagett (who also was in Upstairs, Downstairs) in A Woman of Substance.
