Man Chong (滿寵) (? – 242), courtesy name Boning (伯寧), was an officer for the Kingdom of Wei during the Three Kingdoms era of China.

Originally a scholar from Shanyang, he became a strategist for Cao Cao. He recruited Xu Huang to join Wei. He became governor of Ru'nan, and helped Cao Ren defend Fancheng (present day a district of Xiangfan, Hubei) against Guan Yu and his Shu forces at the Battle of Fancheng in 219. In 228, Man Chong assisted the army of Jia Kui in an unsuccessful invasion of the Kingdom of Wu. During the Wu invasion of 234, Man Chong accompanied the army of Cao Rui to repel the enemy at Hefei, and devised a night attack that scattered the Wu forces under Lu Xun.
