Lycurgus, in Greek mythology, was the king of Arcadia. He was the son of Aleus, the previous ruler, and Neaera, daughter of Proteus. Lycurgus married either Cleophyle or Eurynome and bore these sons: Ancaeus, Epochus, Amphidamas, and Iasius.
