Little Burgundy

Little Burgundy is a neighbourhood in the Southwest borough of the city of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, known in French as La Petite-Bourgogne.

Historically the neighbourhood has been home to Montreal's working-class English-speaking black community. The neighbourhood was famous in the middle of the twentieth century for producing talented jazz musicians. Little burgundy remains an important symbolic figure for the Black community in Montreal, for it was once the spiritual home and community for hundreds of black railroad workers who flooded Montreal with Carribean heritage.

This neighbourhood is served by the Georges-Vanier station on the Montreal Metro.
