List of Roman amphitheatres
Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - Cite This SourceThe remains of at least 220 amphitheatres have been located in widely scattered areas of the Roman Empire. These are fully circular, and are not to be confused with the more common "ordinary" theatres, which are semicircular structures. Following is a list of Roman amphitheatre locations by country.
