Lappa, Rethymno

Lappa (Greek: Λάππα) is a municipality in the Rethymno Prefecture, Crete, Greece. Population 2,628 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Episkopi. The municipality's name is a revival of the name of the ancient city of Lappa, now the village of Argyroupoli.
