Komochi (子持村; -mura) was a town located in Kitagunma District, Gunma, Japan. On February 20, 2006, it joined the nearby municipalities of Akagi Village, Ikaho Town, Kitatachibana Village, and Onogami Village in merging with Shibukawa City.
Komochi's 2003 (pre-merger) population was 11,937. The population density at that time was 291.36 persons per km². The total pre-merger area was 40.97 km².
