Kastos (Greek: Καστός) is a Greek island community in the Ionian Islands, and part of the Lefkada prefecture. Population 120 (2001). Until the mid-1970s, the island was administered under the Kefalonia prefecture with the Ithaca. Its nearest island is Kalamos; the mainland is approximately 5 km to the northeast in the Aitoloakarnania prefecture. Kastos has a school, a church and a squares (plateia), it nearest lyceum (middle school) and gymnasium (secondary school) is in the Aitoloakarnania prefecture but most of its students also attend in Nydri.

The island has only one village - Kastos, on the east coast of the island. Kastos island lies parallel to the larger island of Kalamos, with a deep channel running between the two. It has a population of about 50 involved mainly in fishing. During the summer Kastians of the diaspora return and together with the fluctuating visitors arriving on yachts they form its seasonal character. Its length is as long as 7 km from north to south and its width is as long as 800 m. The island's area is 5.901 km² and its highest point is 142 m.
