He is working his second season with the Atlanta Braves in 2008 on SportSouth and FSN South. He is paired with Joe Simpson and is scheduled to work more than 100 games on the two television networks now that the Braves are not carried nationally on TBS.

Sciambi was an announcer with the Florida Marlins from 1997 to 2004.
He formerly worked in South Florida sports radio on 790 The Ticket, where he was a staunch proponent of not discussing high school football, including the recruiting of high school players to college programs. Sciambi left the radio show on April 4, 2008 to focus on broadcasting for the Atlanta Braves.
