Jean-Pierre Thiollet (born
December 9,
1956 in
Poitiers) is a French
journalist and
author. He has published numerous books:

One of his most recent books is Carré d'art : Barbey d'Aurevilly, Byron, Salvador Dali, Jean-Edern Hallier (Anagramme ed., Paris, 2008), unfortunately not yet available in english.
Since 2007, he has been a member of the World Grand Family of Lebanon (RJ Liban Club).
In 1997, he played a discreet and determinant part in the parlementary election in Toulon. He was arbitrarily dismissed the morning after the successfull poll and published Le Chevallier à découvert (Laurens, Paris), a strongly suggestive and humorous book some months later.
