Hervey was the voice of Eddie McDowd on the Nickelodeon sitcom 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd for season 2. He made a brief appearace in the 1993 adventure game Return to Zork as the troll king.
Jason is credited in "The Eddie Guerrero Story: Cheating Death, Stealing life" with coming up with the idea for the "Latino World Order" (LWO).
On February 3, 2008, Hervey manned the King of Bacchus float alongside Eric Bischoff at Mardi Gras in New Orleans. They were appearing with Hulk Hogan who was serving as King of the parade.
Since then, Hervey has produced several sports and reality television shows, including I Want to Be a Hilton and Scott Baio Is 45...and Single.
Along with Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff, Jason will be Executive Producer on a CMT reality show called "Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling," On the series, 10 adventurous celebrities will be trained and coached in the performance and skills of professional wrestling. They'll face regular challenges as well as elimination matches leading up to a championship match crowning the Celebrity All-Star Wrestling Champion.
Currently, he runs Bischoff-Hervey Productions with Eric Bischoff. Hervey appeared in an episode of Hogan Knows Best ("Twilight of a God") alongside Eric Bischoff talking about energy drinks, and in several episodes of Scott Baio Is 45...and Single. In 2002 he made a brief appearance on the VH1 special I Love the '80s. He ranked at #71 on VH1's 100 Greatest Kid Stars.
According to a B-H Productions press release, Jason and Eric signed Robert Burck better known as "The Naked Cowboy" to an exclusive agreement that will feature Burck as a host of a new reality series. The series will focus on the unique life-style of "buskers", better known as street performers and will also capture their true survival instincts within a competition elimination format"
