Isa Khan (Bangla: ঈসা খাঁ) is the most famous of the Baro Bhuiyans (twelve Bhuiyans) of medieval Bengal. It is estimated that he was born in 1529. He was the ruler of a region named Bhati.
His area was known as Bhati-that now comprises parts of the districts of Dhaka
