Humayun Kabir (Bangla: হুমায়ুন কবির) (1906-1969) was an Indian educationist, politician, writer, philosopher. Kabir was born in Faridpur, currently in Bangladesh. He was the education minister of India twice, under Nehru and also after Nehru's death. He also worked as the minister for Scientific Research and Cultural Affairs. His daughter Leila Kabir was married to Indian politician George Fernandes.
He was one of the co-drafter of the UNESCO 1950 statement titled The Race Question.
