There are a number of famous rabbis buried there, and, amongst others, a few celebrities from the entertainment industry are interred here:
- Rabbi Osher Zilberstein
- Burton Baskin, business magnate
- Thelma Leeds, actress
- Curly Howard, comedic actor, member of the Three Stooges
- Shemp Howard, comedic actor, member of the Three Stooges
- Carl Laemmle, film executive, founder of Universal Pictures; he created the "Star" system
- Louis B. Mayer, a founder of the MGM film studios
- Harry Warner, co-founder of Warner Brothers film studios
- Jack Warner, co-founder of Warner Brothers film studios
- Sam Warner, co-founder and first CEO of Warner Brothers film studios
