Grimolby is a village in the county of Lincolnshire, England. Situated approximately five miles east of Louth, the village had a population of 1151 at the 2001 Census.

Amenities include Londis, part of the Smith's Corner Stores group, a post office, Grimoldby Primary School, a nursery, an Italian restaurant named Bambarinos, a public house by the name of "The Manby", earlier changed from "The Manby Arms" and a rather successful cricket club named "Grimoldby C.C.", with a popular name of "The Grim Reapers". A proportion of the users of these come from the adjoining village of Manby, which is separated from Grimoldby by the B1200 road.
