Keiwan Deshawn Spillman (born January 16, 1980 in Long Beach, California) better known by his stage name Goldie Loc is a rapper who was once a member of Tha Eastsidaz with Snoop Dogg and Tray Deee. Goldie Loc is now a part of a newly formed group by Snoop Dogg and his Doggystyle label The Warzone.

On October 5 2004 his first solo album called Still Eastsidin' was released. His second album, Loc'd Out, was released on March 15 2005 by 33rd Street Records.
