The company operates ten rigs, including ones operated by the wholly owned subsidiary Dolphin. The company has operation offices in Stavanger, Norway; Aberdeen, United Kingdom, Carmen, Mexico and Singapore. The engineering offices are located in Belfast, United Kingdom.
History
In 1997 the company is listed on Oslo Stock Exchange. The next year the remotely operated vehicle (ROV) section is sold to Stolt Comex Seaways (now Acergy). Since then the company has bought a number of drilling rigs.References
