NOTE: This article discusses the airport in the United States. For the article on the airport in Canada see Fort Smith Airport.

Fort Smith Regional Airport is a public airport located three miles (5 km) southeast of the central business district (CBD) of Fort Smith, a city in Sebastian County, Arkansas, USA. FSM is mostly used for military aviation for Fort Chaffee and the 188th Fighter Wing of the Arkansas Air National Guard but is also served by three commercial airlines. Most commercial airline traffic in the region originates out of Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport in Highfill, Arkansas, approximately 60 miles north of Ft. Smith, and Tulsa International Airport (TUL), 120 miles northwest of Fort Smith.

In a 2005 Cintas poll, the airport was voted as having " America's best restroom".
