Ernest Seitz

Ernest Seitz , born in Hamilton, Ontario on February 29, 1892, was a Canadian composer whose most famous work is The World Is Waiting For The Sunrise, which he co-wrote along with Gene Lockhart. He was an accomplished pianist, teacher, and songwriter. Seitz published some of his work under the pseudonym "Raymond Roberts" because he did not wish to be associated with popular music. Seitz died in Toronto on September 10, 1978.
